Brochure Printing
We offer Full Colour Print on several different standard stocks. These have been selected for their exceptional quality which complements our print perfectly. Our 115gm range, 150gm range, 200gm range, and our 280gm product range, are all printed on triple coated high gloss or silk material.

Business Card Printing
Our Business Cards are printed on luxury 400gm Triple Coated Matt Art card. They can be printed in Full Colour on one side only, in Full Colour with Black and White on the reverse, or in Full Colour on both sides. The face side can be either: Gloss Laminated, Matt Laminated or Unlaminated.
Letterhead Printing and Compliment Slip Printing
Our Full Colour Letterheads, Compliment Slips and Continuation Sheets are printed on 100gm white cartridge paper. This paper has been specifically designed to perform through laser and inkjet printers. For a more luxurious finish on 120gsm equest®, please see our Premium Stationery.
Postcard Printing
Our Postcards are printed on luxury 400gm Triple Coated Matt Art card. They can be printed in Full Colour on one side only, in Full Colour with Black and White on the reverse, or in Full Colour on both sides. The face side can be either: Gloss Laminated, Matt Laminated or Unlaminated.
NCR Set Printing
An NCR Set consists of at least two sheets. They rely on pressure to transfer an image from the top sheet to those underneath. They can be used with a ball point pen or using an impact printer such as a Dot Matrix or Daisy Wheel.
Sheets are available in the following colours: Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow and White.
A 170gm white card bottom sheet can be specified if required. This is particularly useful in applications where loose sets are needed but flat surfaces for writing are difficult to find! NCR sets are supplied ready to use as loose individual sets as standard.
Size Selection
Leaflet Printing
Most of the leaflets that we print end up as A6 (105mm x 148mm), 1/3rd A4 (210mm x 99mm), A5 (210mm x 148mm) or A4 (297mm x 210mm) flyers. Often the A4 leaflets are folded once to form a four-page A5 flyer or twice to form a six page 1/3rd A4 flyer (sometimes known as a six-page DL brochure).
The flyers can be as small as 85mm x 55mm, the same size as a business card, up to six-page A4 (297mm x 630mm flat, usually folded to A4).

Large Format Litho Poster Printing
Our largest sheet-fed press is ideally suited to poster printing. We can produce any size you require up to an enormous Jumbo Poster size of 1.6 metres x 1.17 metres. Other standard poster sizes are A2 (594mm x 420mm), A1 (840mm x 594mm), 8 Page A4 (840mm x 297mm), Poster (1,000mm x 700mm), A0 (1,188mm x 840mm), Large Poster (1,350mm x 900mm) and Billboard (1,524mm x 1,016mm).
Brochure Printing
Orientation Our prices are for Portrait (bound on the long edge) or Landscape (bound on the short edge) Books. Please Note: A6 & 1/3 A4 landscape Booklets are finished with one stitch (staple) only.
Non Standard Sizes If you require a Non Standard size Booklet e.g. a CD size (120mm square), simply price as the next standard size, in this case A5 (148mm x 210mm). We make no extra charge for trimming to a bespoke size.
Bespoke Sizes
If your particular size is not detailed simply specify your requirements and price as the next size up. E.g. For a 75mm x 75mm Square Handout simply price as a Standard (132mm x 76mm). We make no additional charge for cutting down to a Bespoke size.
Finishing Selection
Leaflet Printing
If you would like your brochures, flyers or leaflets to be folded, perforated, creased, round cornered or drilled then please select the Finishing box under the Optional Extras heading and make you selection. The figures in the price table will automatically update to include the cost of the finishing.
Large Format Inkjet Poster Printing
We offer several finishing options for our Posters.
Lamination: Double sided Lamination using 43 micron plastic film is standard on our 180gm Photorealistic Matt paper. This protects the surface and makes the print less vulnerable to scratching. Lamination is not offered on 170gm Photograde Silk or 200gm Photograde Gloss. These materials have a surface effect in their own right which is completely masked by lamination.
Encapsulation Encapsulation is similar to lamination except that the plastic extends beyond the edges of the poster and seals together. This makes the Poster effectively waterproof and extremely durable. Encapsulation is available in three grades: 43 micron, 125 micron and 250 micron per side. Whilst encapsulation is offered on 170gm Photograde Silk and 200gm Photograde Gloss we would recommend using 180gm Photorealistic Matt paper if encapsulation is required since it offers cost savings over the other materials and the end result is close to indistinguishable.
Mounting Mounting Posters on to 10mm Centafoam makes a rigid display which looks particularly appealing and is ideal for use in exhibitions and presentations.
Please Note: The cost of packing large foam mounted boards to make them safely transportable can be considerable. Please check at the time of ordering.
Roping & Eyeletting Banners on Banner Vinyl can be eyeletted and roped to allow for external hanging against a building or fence or across a street. The edges are folded and bonded to make double thickness prior to eyeletting for maximum durability.

Wire Stitching (stapling)
This is ideal for booklets with a smaller number of pages. We fold our sections prior to assembly resulting in booklets which sit flat and look professional. NB. Not all stitched booklets are finished this way. Most are collated before folding and stitching. It's easier but results in a 'springy' booklet.

Folder Printing
Lamination: Folders can be laminated with Gloss or Matt laminate on one or both sides. We are also able to Spot UV varnish (at an extra cost), please ask for details.
Assembly: Folders are supplied flat with interlocking pockets for easy assembly or applied with double sided tape at time of use. Alternatively they can be supplied fully assembled if preferred. Please Note: Assembled folders are very bulky. We may have to revise our carriage cost to reflect volume rather than weight.
Gussets: All Folder designs can be specified as Gusseted or Ungusseted. Ungusseted Folders are perfect for holding the equivalent of up to ten sheets of 80gm paper. A 2mm Gusseted Folder can hold the equivalent of twenty sheets of 80gm paper and a 4mm Gusseted Folder the equivalent of forty sheets.
Digital Printing
We are able to undertake a range of finishing on our Digital Print. These include making small runs of Wire Stitched (Stapled) and Perfect Bound (like this catalogue) Booklets, padding, perforating, laminating, encapsulation and hole punching. The exceptional quality of these Heidelberg machines allows us to produce cheap printing to the very highest standard, ensuring that your folders, pamphlets, booklets, price lists, catalogues, newsletters, postcards, leaflets, flyers, posters, books, business cards, NCR sets, NCR pads, letterheads, continuation paper and compliment slips are printed at a high quality despite the low cost.
