CD Inlay Printing

CD Tray Inlays are 150mm x 118mm flat size and designed to fit in a standard Jewel case. They are printed on 150gm Gloss Art paper and perforated twice. They can be printed single or double sided.

Artwork

Here's a brief summary for checking your artwork

• Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork.
• Allow a 5mm inner margin for the important text and pictures
• If possible, convert RGB Colours to CMYK within your artwork files.
• Our workflow is based on PDF format. Ideally you should send your files to us in this format. Other formats require us to create a Print Quality PDF at further cost

PDF Pre-requisites

• 300dpi resolution image files
• Text either embedded or converted to paths
• Transparencies need to be flattened
