CD & DVD Sleeve Printing

Our range of Full Colour or Spot Colour CD and DVD Products printed on 400gm Triple Coated Matt Art Card are the perfect product to package multimedia presentations, music CD’s or software.

To complement our sleeves and to give a CD or DVD that professional finish, use our Inlay Trays, inserts and CD Books which are available to fit a standard jewel case. 124mm

CD Sleeves Type A - Open Ended

This is like a slip cover for your CD or DVD, it is printed on one face.

CD Sleeves Type B - Encased

This CD sleeve has an additional flap on the front, ideal if you have lots to say or promote.

This sleeve is printed on both face and reverse.

Please note: If your design means colour extends across the fold (on either side of the card) we strongly recommend lamination to minimise the risk of 'White Cracking’. Also, double sided lamination must be with the same laminate on each side.

Artwork

Here's a brief summary for checking your artwork

• Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork.
• Allow a 5mm inner margin for the important text and pictures
• If possible, convert RGB Colours to CMYK within your artwork files.
• Our workflow is based on PDF format. Ideally you should send your files to us in this format. Other formats require us to create a Print Quality PDF at further cost

PDF Pre-requisites

• 300dpi resolution image files
• Text either embedded or converted to paths
• Transparencies need to be flattened
