Our terms are payment with order.
Turnaround times quoted are for production time and if despatched by courier, will arrive at the agreed delivery address the following working day.
Turnaround times quoted WILL NOT include the day that we receive your order unless:

Your order is placed online with correct artwork supplied and payment details received by 10.00am.
Your order, artwork and payment details are received by guaranteed post or some other guaranteed service by 10.00 am.
Your job and payment details are delivered to us by hand before 10.00 am.

If we receive incomplete files, corrupt files or files which are of inadequate quality to use for print or that are not set up to our specifications, then we will ‘Stop the Clock’ on the turnaround until the problem is resolved.
If you cancel an order after we have performed a pre-print check of your artwork we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of £20 plus VAT.
If we design your artwork and create a Press Quality PDF and you decide not to place the printing with us, but require the final PDF, we reserve the right to make an additional minimum charge of £30 or £5 per page (+ VAT).
Where printing is despatched on time from CheapLeaflets but is delivered late due to a shortcoming of our carriers, CheapLeaflets will be responsible for the cost of the carriage only.
By their nature, goods do not have a redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods correctly supplied will be entertained.
Any defects in goods supplied must be notified to CheapLeaflets within 3 days of delivery. Such goods must be returned to CheapLeaflets for inspection.
CheapLeaflets working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
CheapLeaflets work hard to ensure the printing we supply is perfect. In the unlikely event of work being unacceptable due to a shortcoming at CheapLeaflets then we will urgently reprint or otherwise make the job good.
Collection items will be ready to collect after 8:00pm from our factory on the scheduled day of completion (by prior arrangement), or may be collected at any time on the next working day.
CheapLeaflets cannot take responsibility for damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for as being in good condition on delivery.
CheapLeaflets cannot accept responsibility for short deliveries on consignments (missing boxes) unless this is recorded on the delivery note.
Some types of paper and card need to be run at slower printing speeds and require extra drying time; this can have implications on the turnaround times shown on our website. We also reserve the right to extend turnaround where heavy solid prints require extra time to dry.
