What are Roller Banners?
A Roller Banner, also known as a Telescopic Banner Stand, is made from a two metre long sheet of vinyl, printed in full colour on the front, which is then fitted into a metal cartridge. Roller Banners are pulled up from the top of the cartridge and held in place with a strut at the rear.
Economy vs. Premium
The difference between an Economy and Premium Roller Banner is not just the quality of the vinyl, it also the quality of the cartridge. The Economy uses 440gsm vinyl for the banner, whereas the Premium uses 610gsm block-out PVC. As well as storing the banner when not in use, the cartridge acts as a base when the banner is erect. The Premium Banner Stand has a heavy-duty, square cartridge in adonised silver finish with grey end caps.
If the Roller Banner is for one-off use at an event, the Economy will be fine, but if it is going to be used repeatedly it is advisable to pay the higher price for Premium.
