Our tabloid newspapers have a finished size of 280mm x 352mm portrait, or 560mm x 352mm across a double-page spread — the perfect size for news, event guides, or promotional publications. They have an authentic newspaper feel; printed in either black only or full colour (four-colour process) on traditional 52gsm Improved Newsprint, they have a typical newspaper print quality . Each issue is folded in half to its finished size during printing, with an optional second fold (endorse fold) available for a compact 280mm x 176mm format.

Folding Options for Tabloid Newspapers
The Newspapers are folded in half on the printing press to the finished size of 280mm x 352mm. For an additional cost they can be folded in half again, which is a separate operation, to 280mm x 176mm. This is known as Endorse Folding.

Artwork and PDF Requirements for Tabloid Newspapers
- We operate a PDF workflow, so please supply your Tabloid Newspaper artwork as a Press Quality PDF. If you prefer, we can create a PDF for you, in which case we will email a proof to you for approval. There is an additional charge for this PDF creation service of £20 plus VAT.
- A Tabloid Newspaper cannot bleed and requires a large quiet area round the outside of the pages. Please download the template which shows the dimensions.
- Supply your Tabloid Newspaper artwork files to us in CMYK corrected for the Newsprint 26v4 profile, not RGB please, with the text in Black only (not a CMYK mix).
- The image resolution should be 300dpi or more.
- Please embed fonts or convert all of your text to shapes.
